checking in – how is everyone doing?- plus update – Phone & Cam Sessions
Hello everyone, it’s been a while! I am very sorry to have seemingly fallen off the face of the earth for the past few weeks while this whole Covid-19 fiasco has been continuously ramping up and getting worse and worse. Let me fill you in and get you all caught up on what happened to my original plan on continuing to do sessions, what I have been working on since then, what the immediate future holds for us and then I want to give you all some basic information directly from the World Health Organization. There has been a lot of myths about this virus spreading around out there and I want to crush some of those by providing actual information and facts off of the WHO website.
First off, to address why I suddenly fell off the face of the earth and didn’t end up doing the originally planned sessions; well the virus began to spread so bad and with the Government laying down so many restrictions I thought it best to not have any real time sessions for awhile. Trust me, I wanted to be able to do this for people more than anything, but I did not want to risk anyone’s health, nor my own or my family’s. I hope you all understand and in some way respect my decision.
Also, my son was ill not long after and honestly, we have no idea what it was. Shortly after my son’s illness, a dear friend of mine and also my son’s Godfather who had visited with my son also fell ill, ended up in the hospital and tested positive for Covid-19. Now, I cannot say for sure that my son was the original carrier as I do not know yet if I am positive for Covid-19 yet, I was tested last Saturday and I am still waiting for my results, but I did become very, very ill myself last week.
I am telling everyone this because, one, I have never lied to any of you, that is not how I am. I have always been open with my fellow community members/clients/kink family/etc and two, because I want to mention that I have seen a lot of people lately that have been treating those who have either tested positive for Covid-19 or could possibly have Covid-19 like they have done something wrong or treating them like they are now an outcast of society.
People. Prior to all of the social distancing orders and all of us knowing that this virus was running rampant in our country, if my son did actually contract Covid-19 and spread it to myself and my friend, it was from a trip to either an indoor playground or Great Wolf Lodge. We didn’t do anything wrong. If it was not my son and my friend got it from someone else, he more than likely got it because he still had to go to work every day because he is a dispatcher for emergency services so he has to still go out every day and be around people. Was he taking precautions? Yes. Was he washing his hands and using sanitizer. Yes. But he could have walked into a room a few minutes after someone sneezed or coughed without thinking (like we have all done) and contracted the virus. He has now been in the ICU and fighting for his life for over a week because he is a diabetic. He is slowly getting better and should pull through, but already people are treating him like a number, like he did something wrong to get this virus…and that is just not right.
This virus has been in the US far longer than the first tested and verified case of it. Just because it was not known about yet doesn’t mean it was not spreading. Chances are most people, especially in the Northeast, have been exposed to the Coronavirus already and many do not even show any symptoms.
But, before this becomes even longer than necessary, think before you go overboard on believing that people are out there running around out to get you, trying intentionally to spread a virus. Nine times out of ten, this is not true, people are out there trying to get groceries and desperate to get out of the house so they do not go mad. Just because someone walks a little too close to you with a mask on, or maybe coughs a bit and looks in your direction doesn’t mean they are out to get you, they are probably just paranoid you’re going to assume that. So, try and be a little less paranoid and a little more considerate. Just continue to take precautions and do what you can to be careful without going overboard.
So, because I could not do the real time sessions, I want to start offering both phone and cam sessions. Normally I would do these type of sessions through NiteFlirt and they would be 10 or 20 minutes long and cost a fortune. Well, for my regular clients and full time submissives who are currently going through a lot right now and maybe some others who may find that reaching out will bring them more comfort than they realize, I have decided to offer an hourly rate by phone and by Skype that is not through NiteFlirt, but directly through my own phone line.
Of course, these sessions will be run the same as my real time sessions. You will have to fill out a Session Request Form, which can be done here > https://scarlettsattic.net/book-a-session/ and answer everything as you normally would.
I will then contact you directly and we can set up a date and time for our phone or cam session. The sessions will still include the one hour of chat time prior to our session so we can chat, get to know each other, talk, use it as a time to decompress, basically, whatever you need, I am there for you. This is a hard time for everyone and I am truly worried about everybody’s mental states (including my own, haha) which is one of the reasons I am doing this.
When everything calms down and we are allowed to be within more than 6 feet of one another again *reaches* then I will not only be able to resume my regular sessions, but I will also now offer the massage and relaxation sessions as well. I feel like people are going to need them and I have been brushing up on my massage skills (my Mom loves me right now), my relaxation techniques, my hypno skills using my voice only to relax you and bring you to a calm state of mind, then using my touch to also increase that state of relaxation (basically making you putty in my hands) and then adding my touch of BDSM into the mix…because this isn’t allllll about you…of course. *wink wink*
Last, but not least, during this seclusion, I have found myself finally wanting to possibly branch out and start doing digital content, but this will take a bit more time.
One – I need to at least get a few people who can shoot with me eventually because doing everything myself is no fun, though there is a lot I can shoot on my own.
Two – Though I have lighting and a camera, I would like a better camera and some audio equipment, and most importantly, someone who would be willing to shoot for me and with me as shooting only by tripod seems a bit….boring.
Three – I am still deciding on what platforms I would like to set up on, Clips4Sale, IWantClips, PornHub, Etc. I am hoping to work a bit more, touch base with and hopefully shoot some with my lovely and wonderful friend Goddess Lilith when she finally is able to make her way out to the east coast this month , hopefully. *crosses fingers* (not only that cause I miss her face and I am SO worried about her since our trip got cancelled) .
Quick Side Note: Keep your friends close, even if it’s by phone or messenger. Having friends like her checking in on me so often has made all the difference. Appreciate your friends, stick by them and do all you can to help one another. She has honestly been a huge reason why I have not already gone insane, and a big support through all of this. <3 She is also teaching classes for free right now for those who need help making money online from home. She is one of the most supportive Dommes out there, and is always helping others – and if you haven’t seen this chick rock the hell out of the FemDom world – Support her and grab a video because right now PornHub is giving back to it’s peeps and giving them 85% of their sales which is HUGE >>> And yeah…Goddess Lilith – enough said > https://www.pornhub.com/pornstar/goddess-lilith/videos/paid
The last thing I want to leave you with, because I know this is a SUPER long blog post and honestly, due to the information I am going to put at the bottom…it’s going to be even, friggin longer…is I really just want to check in on everyone and see how you’re doing.
I have barely been on Fet, Twitter, my non-Vanilla Facebook, I’ve been on Instagram here and there, but not much honestly and I have been so wrapped up with personal life and things going on (as I should, understandably, but still) that I really have not had a chance to hear from many people and I am not used to that. I am used to getting 100 messages a day and hearing from many people over social media and by email and DM, so this has been a little odd.
Both new clients and friends, people I see monthly at the munch, those that shoot me messages every so often, those that message every week, every day…every hour. (lol) I have barely heard a peep, and honestly, I worry. Call me a Momma Domme lately, but I just want to know how everyone is doing.
Leave a comment, let me know if you need anything or if there is anything I can do, if I can point you in the direction of someone who can help, truly, anything.
Shoot me an email carolinebetty69@gmail.com if you feel alone – if you have no one or if you want to book something or just simply want to say ‘hello’.
Times are different, and in all honesty, I do not see them going back to “normal” anytime soon or let’s face it, ever again. Everything that has happened has truly shifted our way of living and our way of thinking about things, some for the good, some for the bad. We have seen some true colors come out of people. We have seen some beautiful come out of our friends and neighbors and we’ve seen the truly ugly come out of them as well.
We have seen our communities come together, pick each other up and people from all walks of life come out to help. It’s incredible.
We have witnessed angry mobs fight for toilet paper and bottled water like it’s Black Friday morning, without a care in the world if someone else in need has nothing. It’s sickening.
All the while we have this virus out there making its way through the population, not discriminating at all, whatsoever. Those who thought money could buy them every comfort in the world are still getting sick, some of the richest among us will still die…but it’s times like this when we really stop and think – who are we really more terrified of? A virus? Or is it other human beings?
Eventually we will find a vaccine for Covid-19, there is no vaccine for what just happened in the stores, for the empty shelves, the ignorance, the level of selfishness, the lack of empathy and support from others around us. The blaming, the constant finger pointing, the looks of disgust you get in the store when you’re out and about, even from others who are out and about as well, because everyone is so self-involved and self righteous right now they are too blind to see past their own shortcomings.
Everyone try and remember those simple things we were all taught over and over and over in the first years of our life, when Mom and Dad or whoever our caregivers were, “Do unto others as you would have done unto you,”
Wishing everyone the best – Stay Healthy – Stay Well – Stay Positive
Much Love
XOXO

Covid-19 Facts From the World Health Organization
- Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.
- The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.
- The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow).
Questions and Answers From the World Health Organization in Regards to Covid-19
- What are the symptoms of Covid-19?
The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Some patients may have aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat or diarrhea. These symptoms are usually mild and begin gradually. Some people become infected but don’t develop any symptoms and don’t feel unwell. Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing special treatment. Around 1 out of every 6 people who gets COVID-19 becomes seriously ill and develops difficulty breathing. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like high blood pressure, heart problems or diabetes, are more likely to develop serious illness. People with fever, cough and difficulty breathing should seek medical attention. - How does Covid-19 Spread?
People can catch COVID-19 from others who have the virus. The disease can spread from person to person through small droplets from the nose or mouth which are spread when a person with COVID-19 coughs or exhales. These droplets land on objects and surfaces around the person. Other people then catch COVID-19 by touching these objects or surfaces, then touching their eyes, nose or mouth. People can also catch COVID-19 if they breathe in droplets from a person with COVID-19 who coughs out or exhales droplets. This is why it is important to stay more than 1 meter (3 feet) away from a person who is sick. Studies to date suggest that the virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through contact with respiratory droplets rather than through the air. - Can Covid-19 be caught from someone who has no symptoms?
The main way the disease spreads is through respiratory droplets expelled by someone who is coughing. The risk of catching COVID-19 from someone with no symptoms at all is very low. However, many people with COVID-19 experience only mild symptoms. This is particularly true at the early stages of the disease. It is therefore possible to catch COVID-19 from someone who has, for example, just a mild cough and does not feel ill. WHO is assessing ongoing research on the period of transmission of COVID-19 and will continue to share updated findings. - Can I catch Covid-19 through contact with Feces?
The risk of catching COVID-19 from the feces of an infected person appears to be low. While initial investigations suggest the virus may be present in feces in some cases, spread through this route is not a main feature of the outbreak. WHO is assessing ongoing research on the ways COVID-19 is spread and will continue to share new findings. Because this is a risk, however, it is another reason to clean hands regularly, after using the bathroom and before eating.
Protecting Yourself And Others – Slowing the Spread of the Virus
- Protection measures for everyone
- Stay aware of the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak, available on the WHO website and through your national and local public health authority. Many countries around the world have seen cases of COVID-19 and several have seen outbreaks. Authorities in China and some other countries have succeeded in slowing or stopping their outbreaks. However, the situation is unpredictable so check regularly for the latest news.
- You can reduce your chances of being infected or spreading COVID-19 by taking some simple precautions:
- Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. Why? Washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands.
- Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. Why? When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Why? Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick.
- Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately. Why? Droplets spread virus. By following good respiratory hygiene you protect the people around you from viruses such as cold, flu and COVID-19.
- Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority. Why? National and local authorities will have the most up to date information on the situation in your area. Calling in advance will allow your health care provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility. This will also protect you and help prevent spread of viruses and other infections.
- Keep up to date on the latest COVID-19 hotspots (cities or local areas where COVID-19 is spreading widely). If possible, avoid traveling to places – especially if you are an older person or have diabetes, heart or lung disease. Why? You have a higher chance of catching COVID-19 in one of these areas.
- Protection measures for persons who are in or have recently visited (past 14 days) areas where COVID-19 is spreading
- Follow the guidance outlined above (Protection measures for everyone)
- Self-isolate by staying at home if you begin to feel unwell, even with mild symptoms such as headache, low grade fever (37.3 C or above) and slight runny nose, until you recover. If it is essential for you to have someone bring you supplies or to go out, e.g. to buy food, then wear a mask to avoid infecting other people. Why? Avoiding contact with others and visits to medical facilities will allow these facilities to operate more effectively and help protect you and others from possible COVID-19 and other viruses.
- If you develop fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical advice promptly as this may be due to a respiratory infection or other serious condition. Call in advance and tell your provider of any recent travel or contact with travelers. Why? Calling in advance will allow your health care provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility. This will also help to prevent possible spread of COVID-19 and other viruses.
Should I Worry About Covid-19?
- How likely am I to catch Covid-19?
The risk depends on where you are – and more specifically, whether there is a COVID-19 outbreak unfolding there. For most people in most locations the risk of catching COVID-19 is still low. However, there are now places around the world (cities or areas) where the disease is spreading. For people living in, or visiting, these areas the risk of catching COVID-19 is higher. Governments and health authorities are taking vigorous action every time a new case of COVID-19 is identified. Be sure to comply with any local restrictions on travel, movement or large gatherings. Cooperating with disease control efforts will reduce your risk of catching or spreading COVID-19. COVID-19 outbreaks can be contained and transmission stopped, as has been shown in China and some other countries. Unfortunately, new outbreaks can emerge rapidly. It’s important to be aware of the situation where you are or intend to go. WHO publishes daily updates on the COVID-19 situation worldwide. You can see these at https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/situation-reports/ - Should I wear a mask to protect myself?
Only wear a mask if you are ill with COVID-19 symptoms (especially coughing) or looking after someone who may have COVID-19. Disposable face mask can only be used once. If you are not ill or looking after someone who is ill then you are wasting a mask. There is a world-wide shortage of masks, so WHO urges people to use masks wisely. WHO advises rational use of medical masks to avoid unnecessary wastage of precious resources and mis-use of masks The most effective ways to protect yourself and others against COVID-19 are to frequently clean your hands, cover your cough with the bend of elbow or tissue and maintain a distance of at least 1 meter (3 feet) from people who are coughing or sneezing. - Are there any medications to treat or cure Covid-19?
While some western, traditional or home remedies may provide comfort and alleviate symptoms of COVID-19, there is no evidence that current medicine can prevent or cure the disease. WHO does not recommend self-medication with any medicines, including antibiotics, as a prevention or cure for COVID-19. However, there are several ongoing clinical trials that include both western and traditional medicines. WHO will continue to provide updated information as soon as clinical findings are available. - How long is the incubation period for Covid-19?
The “incubation period” means the time between catching the virus and beginning to have symptoms of the disease. Most estimates of the incubation period for COVID-19 range from 1-14 days, most commonly around five days. These estimates will be updated as more data become available. - Can humans become infected from animals?
Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that are common in animals. Occasionally, people get infected with these viruses which may then spread to other people. For example, SARS-CoV was associated with civet cats and MERS-CoV is transmitted by dromedary camels. Possible animal sources of COVID-19 have not yet been confirmed. To protect yourself, such as when visiting live animal markets, avoid direct contact with animals and surfaces in contact with animals. Ensure good food safety practices at all times. Handle raw meat, milk or animal organs with care to avoid contamination of uncooked foods and avoid consuming raw or undercooked animal products. And while there has been one instance of a dog in Hong Kong being infected with Covid-19, there is no evidence that pets can transmit the virus, such as dogs or cats or any domestic pet. - How long does the virus live on surfaces?
It is not certain how long the virus that causes COVID-19 survives on surfaces, but it seems to behave like other coronaviruses. Studies suggest that coronaviruses (including preliminary information on the COVID-19 virus) may persist on surfaces for a few hours or up to several days. This may vary under different conditions (e.g. type of surface, temperature or humidity of the environment). If you think a surface may be infected, clean it with simple disinfectant to kill the virus and protect yourself and others. Clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, or nose. - Is it safe to receive packages from any area where Covid-19 has been reported?
Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. - Is there anything I should not do?
The following measures ARE NOT effective against COVID-2019 and can be harmful: - Smoking
- Wearing multiple masks
- Taking antibiotics when they are not needed
In any case, if you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing seek medical care early to reduce the risk of developing a more severe infection and be sure to share your recent travel history with your healthcare provider. - What is the source of the Coronavirus?
Currently, the source of SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus (CoV) causing COVID-19 is unknown. All available evidence suggests that SARS-CoV-2 has a natural animal origin and is not a constructed virus. SARS-CoV-2 virus most probably has its ecological reservoir in bats. SARS-CoV-2, belongs to a group of genetically related viruses, which also include SARS-CoV and a number of other CoVs isolated from bats populations. MERS-CoV also belongs to this group, but is less closely related. - How did the first human SARS-CoV-2 infections occur?
The first human cases of COVID-19 were identified in Wuhan City, China in December 2019. At this stage, it is not possible to determine precisely how humans in China were initially infected with SARS-CoV-2. However, SARS-CoV, the virus which caused the SARS outbreak in 2003, jumped from an animal reservoir (civet cats, a farmed wild animal) to humans and then spread between humans. In a similar way, it is thought that SARS-CoV-2 jumped the species barrier and initially infected humans, but more likely through an intermediate host, that is another animal species more likely to be handled by humans – this could be a domestic animal, a wild animal, or a domesticated wild animal and, as of yet, has not been identified. Until the source of this virus is identified and controlled, there is a risk of reintroduction of the virus in the human population and the risk of new outbreaks like the ones we are currently experiencing. - Is Covid-19 Airborne?
The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or speaks. These droplets are too heavy to hang in the air. They quickly fall on floors or surfaces. You can be infected by breathing in the virus if you are within 1 metre of a person who has COVID-19, or by touching a contaminated surface and then touching your eyes, nose or mouth before washing your hands.

great blog. for me, I’ve been doing ok. its slow in the session dept. plus my depression got so severe that I had to go to my best friends house who knows how to take care of me in that dept. I had a nice time and back at my house. yes we practice social distancing from each other and she only goes out when she needs groceries so it was all good. she wears a mask when we are out. I’m still waiting for mine to come in. but it is a different world out there when it comes to sessions and trying to figure out how to make money. whether its content, phone, Skype, etc. it is all different now. and you wonder howl life will be once this is all cleared up and its back to normal. I’m sure we will have a different and new normal.
