A Weekend with Scarlett: Fundraiser for Domestic Abuse Victim

$100 per Hour Sessions / $60 Per Half Hour Sessions ONLY Saturday November 16th and Sunday November 17th

More than 1 in 3 women (35.6%) and more than 1 in 4 men (28.5%) in the U.S. having experienced rape, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner in their lifetime.

An estimated 1.3 million women are victims of physical assault by an intimate partner each year.

Historically, females have been most often victimized by someone they knew.

Most cases of domestic violence are never reported to the police.

I am trying to help ONE of those women. A few months ago, a good friend and fellow member of our community left her abusive husband, taking her two young children with her. She reluctantly moved into her parents’ home that has very little room, is cluttered, dirty and where her children are barely allowed to even be children without disturbing her mother to the point where it causes her to have emotional outbursts. She, herself has a corner with a bed and no room for anything and her kids share one, small, cramped room with no room for anything, save for a bed and a couple of toys.

She did all this to escape a man who has, over the past eleven years, alienated her from her friends, family and everyone she loves. Isolated her by moving her into a house that is literally behind another house and far from everyone else she cared about. Physically and mentally beat her down, intimidated her, groomed her, ruined her reputation with lies to destroy every relationship she ever had until she didn’t have an ounce of confidence left in her and she just gave up and sank into the deepest depression imaginable.

Then the rape started, the unrelenting sexual abuse and he ruined her body for her as well, making her feel like she was nothing but a toy for his amusement because he was “horny”, which he fully admitted to and we have filmed. Her second child in the marriage was from a time of being forced, and though she loves the child unconditionally, it is a constant reminder of what she has endured for the past 7 years.

She also suffers from RSD, the same disease I have that affects the nervous system and is classified as the most painful disease known to medical science. Though he fully knows this he would be tough with her, hurt her, make her scream and cry while he took advantage of her over and over again, not caring about anything, but his own psycho-sadistic tendencies because he doesn’t have a shred of empathy inside of him. No, he is a sociopath.

Now, in this divorce, my good friend, being on SSD cannot afford a lawyer and was going to file for divorce and just try and figure things out on her own, but he will not move out of the house. He will not pay what he needs to pay for child support. He will never pay for what he has done to her. He will get away with all of it and HE WILL DO IT AGAIN.

On November 6th I am taking her to see Divorce Attorney Angela Cavanaugh and the initial fee is around $400 for the consultation. I do not know what the retainer will be, but I know that I cannot do it all on my own, but that I want to see justice served for my friend, I want to see her kids have a home they deserve and be healthy again. I want to see that bastard rot and get what he deserves in as many ways as we can.

We do NOT want him to have the chance to take those children from her and do what he did to her to his daughter and teach his son that it is okay to abuse women and raise another scumbag just like him. He does not deserve those kids, at all.

He does not deserve that home.

He does not deserve the pity he is getting from so many people when he says, “My wife left me and took the kids” as he cries to everyone.

He does not deserve to make my friend look horrible time and time again as he has for so many years and gotten away with it.
